World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) develops interoperable technologies (specifications, guidelines, software, and tools) to lead the Web to its full potential. W3C is a forum for information, commerce, communication, and collective understanding.
A subset of the W3C, developing guidelines widely regarded as the international standard for Web accessibility, and providing support materials to help understand and implement Web accessibility.
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG)

The UK's leading charity for blind people, offering information, support and advice to over two million people with sight loss
The BDA's role has been to raise awareness of the evidence and effects of dyslexia. They now also aim to develop and encourage services that meet the needs of dyslexic people.
AbilityNet is a national charity helping disabled adults and children use computers and the internet by adapting and adjusting their technology.
